Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, Cross-Trained, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across a range of areas, including:
- Computerized passenger boarding and flight announcements
- Assisting customers with special needs, ticket sales, flight itinerary changes, seat assignments, and tracing mishandled luggage
- Baggage loading, operation of motorized service vehicles and equipment, aircraft servicing, and calculating baggage and cargo weights
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet corporate objectives and exceed customer expectations
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Successful completion of training course
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, previous experience in the airline industry or as a front-line customer service provider is highly desirable. Additionally, basic knowledge of computer applications and programs is a plus.
Work Environment
As a cross-trained customer service agent, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that's subject to varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels. You'll be required to use computers and other office equipment, and may be exposed to physical demands such as frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing up and down stairs.
Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent physical activity, including:
- Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing up and down stairs
- Handling objects up to 70 pounds regularly
- Assisting disabled customers, including pushing wheelchairs
Compensation and Benefits

Schedule
As a cross-trained customer service agent, you'll work a variety of shifts, including:

Education and Certification
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.
