What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, handling various customer enquiries with professionalism and care. You'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, grow your career, and work in a fun and supportive environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a focus on doing the right thing for each customer
  • Identifying vulnerable customers and adapting your approach to provide additional support when required
  • Handling escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately
  • Dealing with a wide range of queries across telephony, email, web chat, and other channels

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in using various computer applications and software simultaneously
  • An attentive listener who can empathize and adjust to different customer needs
  • A self-motivated individual who takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them through to resolution
  • A positive and enthusiastic person who shares our vision of delivering exceptional customer service every time
  • A quiet, private, and comfortable workspace with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and at least 10 Mbps download speed (required for working from home)
