Key Responsibilities

- Attend additional training: Participate in weekly training sessions to become a product expert and increase success in the role.
- Work in a collaborative environment: Brainstorm process improvements, review new product/service offerings, and troubleshoot product issues with fellow Customer Relations Representatives.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, resolve their queries, and provide solutions to their problems.
- Self-discipline and independence: Ability to work in a collaborative environment and also work alone with little to no supervision.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Excellent attention to detail: Ability to produce quality work and ensure accuracy in all interactions.
