As a Customer Experience Champion at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to create exceptional customer experiences while making a tangible impact on their lives. You'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and identifying sales opportunities on every call. If you thrive on solving problems, meeting sales goals, and building connections, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Handle billing inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and address device-related questions of varying complexity.
- Identify sales opportunities on every call by introducing arenaflex's phone, home internet, and other services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
- Serve as a arenaflex brand ambassador, highlighting the benefits of our products and services to ensure customer loyalty.
- Utilize systems and tools effectively to manage customer accounts and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in onsite training, team meetings, and periodic collaboration events.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals.
- Experience resolving escalated customer concerns, billing issues, and product Q.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A quiet, private home workspace with a wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Google G-Suite (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Strong upselling skills with a passion for delivering tailored solutions to customers.
Home Office Requirements:
- Home office located within the contiguous United States.
- Reliable internet connection via cable or fiber modem (DSL, wireless, or satellite connections not permitted).
- Ability to self-manage and maintain company-provided equipment and home network setup.
- Compliance with periodic home office audits conducted via webcam.
