Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines Insurance to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and driving business growth. This is a full-time, remote-based position that requires a strong skillset in customer service, insurance, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field
- Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain
- Insurance experience or certification
- Sales experience or certification
- Life & Health insurance license or certification
- Proven track record of success in customer service and sales
