Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our chat support platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction:

Team Collaboration:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Education and Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat support environment.
