Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and chat. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression

Location Requirements:
* Must live in the United States
- Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
Qualifications:
* Flexible to the needs of the business
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age
Equipment and Internet Requirements:
* 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
- Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
- Desk and an ergonomic chair
