Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined

Qualifications

  • Be Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Have the ability to type 25 wpm
  • Be a High School Graduate or GED
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Possess proven oral and written communication skills
  • Have 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
  • Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
  • Be available to work various shifts
  • Have the ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Possess organization and work prioritization skills
  • Have 6 months of sales experience, minimum
  • Be able to work independently
  • Be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Be able to stay composed and objective
  • Possess strong listening skills
  • Possess superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you must:

  • Have an internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
  • Have an ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
  • Not use Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN for your internet connection
  • Provide proof of internet speed
  • Have a clean and quiet workspace
