Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Banking Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 12-month contract with possible extension. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a competitive salary starting at $24-$26 per hour. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex customer complaints, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams. Responsibilities
As a Banking Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating complex customer complaints to the appropriate teams, including the intake team, research group, and other stakeholders
- Interacting with client personnel on a range of information, including customer complaints, account issues, and other matters
- Proactively seeking ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Performing moderately complex transactional or customer support tasks, including data entry, research, and other administrative duties
- Receiving direction from supervisors and escalating non-routine questions to the appropriate teams
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or banking-related role, with a strong focus on resolving complex customer complaints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a banking or financial services environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including accounts, loans, and credit cards
- Experience working with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
