Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business success through data-driven insights and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and develop reports and dashboards to inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with the client community and financial partners to define and document data requirements for data integration and business intelligence reporting

• Develop and maintain data planning rules for the development of medium to high complexity data between applications
• Adhere to and promote data organization guidelines
• Support data selection, extraction, and purging for ingestion into the IT Financial Management application, including data warehouse and data stores
• Design and implement data processes, tools, and ongoing support designs and cycles
• Extract and analyze data from specific applications, systems, and databases to create reports and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data
• Research and resolve data issues across platforms and applications, including disparities of definition, design, and functionality

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analysis nanodegree; or comparable experience
