Product Analyst (Remote or Tallinn or Malta)
Location: Malta / Estonia / Remote Employment Type: Full-time Work Setup: Hybrid (Malta/Tallinn) or fully remote Our client is looking for a data-driven and analytical Product Analyst to join their growing team and help shape product decisions through actionable insights and user behaviour analysis. This role will play a key part in understanding customer journeys, identifying optimisation opportunities, and supporting product innovation through data. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, UX teams, and other stakeholders to drive impactful, evidence-based decisions across a fast-moving product environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product teams to identify analytical needs and support data-driven product development initiatives Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and customer journeys to uncover meaningful insights and opportunities for optimisation Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor key product KPIs including: Engagement Retention Conversion Feature adoption Support product strategy and prioritisation through performance analysis and ongoing monitoring Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and experimentation goals Conduct ad-hoc analysis on user trends, product performance, and emerging business opportunities Support experimentation initiatives including A/B test setup, monitoring, and result interpretation Ensure analytics implementation and tracking quality by partnering closely with technical teams Translate complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Contribute to analytics tooling, best practices, documentation, and process improvements Stay updated with emerging trends and analytical methodologies to continuously enhance product insights capabilities Requirements 2+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets Hands-on experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as: GA4 Mixpanel Amplitude Looker Tableau Power BI or similar platforms Strong understanding of product metrics, conversion funnels, retention analysis, user behaviour, and experimentation frameworks Experience supporting and analysing A/B testing initiatives Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into business recommendations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working independently within distributed and cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach Experience within iGaming, Fintech, SaaS or Web3 environments would be considered a strong advantage
