Job Summary Drive sales and build strong relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas. Proactively calls agents and recruits new agents to build a book of business. Develops working relationships with producers, promoting agent recruiting and retention through sales ideas, marketing campaigns, illustrations and effective management and utilization of Crump resources.Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Builds relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information. Maintain and grow team sales goal in coordination with sales resources Develops strong relationships with their assigned producers, promotes agent recruiting & retention through sales ideas, marketing campaigns, complex illustration support, excellent customer service and effective management and utilization of Crump resources. Develop new business by recruiting new agents and growing existing agent groups to maximize revenue potential Partner with sales resources in all aspects of producer development. Be able to call on lower producing agents in a sales capacity. Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with the sales, operations teams, the assigned group of agents, and solution centers. Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources. Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex and advanced illustrations consulting on creative solutions Effectively utilize company client management system to manage sales process Help drive agent Implementation, new producer onboarding and training Prepare monthly forecasts, discuss hot list of cases each month, and ensure that each team member is aware of their responsibilities. Maintain a high-level knowledge of pending priority cases and be able to place those cases as necessary. Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources. Data mine producers' book for conversion opportunities, additional accelerated insurance opportunities including but not limited to, term conversion opportunities; inforce illustrations to review performance/replacement options, and suggest increased coverage needs for life changes on clients QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
