Project Manager – PMO
Position Summary The Project Manager – PMO will oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across the organization’s value chain, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Quality, and IT. This role ensures strong governance, effective prioritization, and seamless execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Projects may include new product introductions (NPI), supply chain optimization, systems implementations, site initiatives, and continuous improvement programs. Job Details Work Setup: Work-from-home Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Manila Time) Holidays: Follows Australian Public Holidays
Key Responsibilities
Project & Portfolio Management Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects. Establish and maintain PMO governance, standards, and reporting frameworks. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Execution & Leadership Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement across business units. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Ensure alignment with operational priorities and FMCG trading cycles. Quality, Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation and quality controls. Prepare and deliver executive updates and steering committee reports. Monitor performance against KPIs to ensure minimal disruption to production and customer service. Qualifications & Experience Proven project management experience in fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environments. Exposure to high-risk food manufacturing (red meat or seafood experience is highly desirable). Experience with NPI/NPD or R&D processes. Capital project management experience is an advantage. Strong understanding of supply chain and operations. Advanced skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, or similar). Strong business case development, financial awareness, and prioritization skills. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities. Ability to problem-solve, make decisions under pressure, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
