As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will sit at the centre of this impact turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that shapes strategic direction across the business. What You’ll Experience A high-impact, high-visibility role working with senior leadership, including the CFO and business unit heads A dynamic, fast-growing environment where your insights directly influence business outcomes Exposure to global markets, with a strong focus on Sub-Saharan Africa The opportunity to step into leadership, mentoring others while building your own career trajectory Your Impact You will be a trusted partner to the business, driving performance through insight by: Owning and enhancing financial models across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key KPIs Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, challenging assumptions and strengthening outputs Delivering insightful reporting packs for leadership, investors, and operational teams Translating financial data into clear recommendations that drive decision-making Identifying risks and opportunities early, ensuring the business stays proactive and agile Partnering with data and BI teams to elevate dashboards and business visibility Supporting strategic projects through scenario modelling and commercial analysis What Makes You a Great Fit You’re not just technically strong you’re curious, commercial, and confident in your thinking.
