Base Compensation Range: USD $90,500 – $148, 600 The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 4-8 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Strong SQL development skills Experience with PySpark or Spark SQL Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines Understanding of Lakehouse and Data Warehouse concepts Familiarity with Power BI and semantic modeling Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure Knowledge of Git/version control practices Preferred Skills Experience with: Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) Dataflows Gen2 Fabric Pipelines OneLake Delta tables Direct Lake Exposure to: Azure Data Factory Databricks ADLS Gen2 Event driven architectures Understanding of monitoring and observability practices Knowledge of data governance and security best practices Apply To This Job
