Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative & Billing Assistant to join Job Duck and support a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative workflows, assisting with billing processes, and maintaining accurate client records. You will collaborate closely with administrative staff, billing teams, paralegals, and attorneys, helping keep cases and financial tasks organized and on track. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote setting, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering precise, client-focused work. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team, this role offers meaningful impact and growth.

  • Compensation Range: 1,015 to 1,100

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist the billing and accounts receivable team with administrative and billing tasks Manage daily administrative operations including emails phone calls and calendars Track and maintain Open and Closed Case Reports Assist with onboarding processes including Welcome Calls for new clients Prepare pre bills and assist with sending client invoices Maintain organized and accurate records within case management and billing systems Provide administrative support to paralegals and attorneys Create and maintain client accounts in MyCase Requirements:

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles required
