There is no application deadline for this role. *Group Copy Supervisor Responsibilities:* * Lead the development and refinement of high-level creative concepts that shape and evolve brand stories during pre-launch phases.
- Create and oversee compelling copy for healthcare professional-focused materials, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and strategic alignment across all campaign assets.
- Collaborate with strategy, medical, and account teams to craft early messaging frameworks that translate complex scientific content into engaging, compliant messaging.
- Partner closely with art, medical, regulatory, and strategy teams to deliver integrated, MLR-ready work and present creative ideas confidently.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level writers, maintaining quality standards and consistent voice across all deliverables.
*Group Copy Supervisor Qualifications:* * Over 6 years of copywriting experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency setting.
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual campaign work alongside detailed execution of brand assets.
- Prior experience with pre-launch initiatives and familiarity with immunology, inflammatory, or specialty healthcare categories preferred.
- Strong ability to maintain consistent messaging across multiple tactics without dilution.
- Good understanding of MLR/FDA regulatory review processes and compliance requirements.
