A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Asset Protection Equipment and Technology at VF looks a little like this. The Sr Manager, Asset Protection Equipment and Technology leads the strategy, design, development and execution of VF’s global asset protection technology ecosystem. This role develops and manages a clear technology roadmap and ensures systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs while protecting people, products, and assets. This role sets the long-term vision for asset protection technology at VF. By modernizing platforms, standardizing solutions, and using data-driven insights, this leader enables proactive loss prevention and safer environments across the enterprise. - Lead the global strategy for asset protection equipment and technology across VF facilities.
- Manage the end-to-end technology roadmap from assessment through implementation.
- Lead selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of security technologies.
- Establish global standards and governance for AP technology.
- Partner closely with IT to ensure secure system integration and data privacy.
- Manage capital and operating budgets for AP technology programs.
- Lead vendor strategy including RFPs and performance management.
- Monitor emerging technologies and pilot innovative solutions.
- Develop metrics to measure system effectiveness and ROI.
- Support investigations and incident response through reliable technology tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8+ years of experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- 8+ years of experience in asset protection or security technology leadership.
- Experience building and executing enterprise technology strategies.
- Experience supporting multi-site, geographically distributed operations.
- Location requirement: While this position is fully remote, the ideal candidate will reside within Colorado.
