About the role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Team Lead to join our team. This role is critical in leading the development of custom Salesforce solutions and managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations, and the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor other engineers. What you'll do Design and build reliable custom processes with Apex code, following best practices. Create and maintain features utilizing LWC, Aura Components, and Flow. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of deliverables by adhering to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with the team to define, design, and implement new features as prioritized, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead technical discussions, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions. Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Bulk API. Lead and contribute to Salesforce Commerce e-store implementations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. Proven track record of developing with Salesforce, including custom objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Commerce, and Aura Components. Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST/SOAP Web Services, and Bulk API. Deep knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations, with the ability to communicate these clearly to stakeholders. Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems. Willingness to learn and adapt to other system integrated with Salesforce. Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor other engineers, and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Salesforce Commerce e-store implementation. Nice to have skills: Experience with Salesforce deployments using Copado Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in such environments.
