Product Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a fast-moving product team building consumer-facing experiences at scale. In this role you will own a meaningful slice of the product roadmap, partner closely with engineering, design, and data, and turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions that customers love. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys working across functions, and is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. You will balance near-term execution with a clear long-term vision, and you will be measured on the outcomes your products drive. A Typical Day You will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, translating business goals and customer needs into a prioritized backlog. You will write clear product requirements, lead discovery, and partner with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration. You will use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, frame hypotheses, and measure impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, analytics, and leadership to align on priorities and communicate progress. You will run experiments, learn quickly, and continuously refine the product based on results. Throughout, you will champion the customer and keep the team focused on the highest-impact work. Skills Your Expertise: Candidates should bring 5 or more years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or marketplace products. You should have a strong track record of owning a roadmap end to end and delivering measurable business outcomes. You must be comfortable working with data, including defining metrics, analyzing results, and using insights to drive decisions. Strong written and verbal communication is essential, along with the ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across functions. You should be effective in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you are expected to bring structure. Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams in an agile setting is required. Required: Experience with two-sided marketplaces, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or other high-scale consumer platforms is strongly preferred. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product analytics tools is a plus. Experience working on products that serve millions of users, or operating in international or multi-market contexts, is highly valued. A background that blends technical fluency with strong customer empathy will stand out.
