In this highly collaborative and client-facing role, you’ll turn complex datasets into actionable insights that guide campaign strategy, optimize performance, and demonstrate measurable value to agency and brand partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, healthcare, and client strategy, and who enjoys translating data into impactful business decisions. What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing Serve as a strategic analytics partner. You’ll function as a trusted consultant for internal and external stakeholders, translating data into meaningful strategic recommendations that support client goals and business growth. Become a subject matter expert. You’ll develop deep expertise across assigned therapeutic areas and enterprise accounts, connecting patient engagement insights to brand priorities and campaign objectives. Drive audience strategy and forecasting. You’ll support audience definition, prioritization, and forecasting efforts that help optimize campaign targeting and execution across multiple disease areas. Support campaign measurement and storytelling. You’ll manage campaign reporting, measurement, and insights generation — building compelling client-facing narratives that clearly communicate performance and impact. Partner cross-functionally to unlock insights. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Client Experience, Data Science, Clinical, Content Strategy, Product, and other internal stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret data across the Phreesia network. Contribute to strategic initiatives and innovation. You’ll support new market development efforts, thought leadership projects, process optimization initiatives, and the development of innovative analytics approaches alongside Analytics & Insights leadership. Develop meaningful measurement collateral. You’ll create and support materials such as market landscape insights, media insights, ROI analyses, benchmarking reports, case studies, and audience research using internal, third-party, and secondary data sources. Lead and mentor team members. You’ll contribute individually while also managing and supporting the development of 2–3 junior team members. What Makes You a Great Fit You don’t need to check every box — but this role will feel energizing if you: Have experience in analytics, media analytics, consulting, pharma, or healthcare environments Have a strong interest in developing subject matter expertise within healthcare and patient engagement Bring a consultative mindset and enjoy partnering with clients and cross-functional teams Think strategically and know how to use data to guide bigger-picture decision Enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems and working through ambiguity Are intellectually curious and motivated to dig into data to uncover meaningful insights Are a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments Feel comfortable backing up recommendations and opinions with data Bring passion, energy, and a drive to continuously improve and grow We Do Have A Few Requirements To Check Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience in media analytics or analytics roles, preferably within agency, consulting, healthcare, or pharma environments Pharma or healthcare industry experience required Project management experience and/or experience leading projects end-to-end preferred Where You’ll Work Phreesia is a fully remote company. Candidates located in Canada specifically in Eastern Time (ET) and Central Time (CT) regions are given priority in the hiring process.
