Customer Care Travel Planner
Job Description
We are growing our remote operations team and are looking for individuals who enjoy assisting clients, staying organized, and delivering excellent customer support. As a Customer Care Travel Planner, you will help coordinate travel arrangements, assist with reservation management, and provide ongoing support to clients throughout the planning process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication-focused work, problem-solving, and handling details in a flexible remote environment. Previous travel industry experience is not required, as training and resources are provided.
Responsibilities
Support clients with travel planning assistance and itinerary coordination Research vacation options, accommodations, transportation, and travel packages using company-approved systems Review and confirm booking details to help ensure accuracy and completeness Provide professional guidance and helpful information based on client requests and travel preferences Respond to customer questions and service needs through phone, email, and online messaging platforms Assist with reservation changes, updates, and general booking support Maintain organized client profiles, records, and travel documentation Attend virtual trainings and team development sessions
