Technology Support Engineer

Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical systems. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Network Administration. Advanced proficiency in Cloud Computing. Intermediate proficiency in System Monitoring. Beginner proficiency in Security Protocols. Advanced proficiency in Communication Skills.
