Performance & Scalability Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks (dashboard load time, refresh delays). Optimize extracts, schedules, and concurrency handling. Recommend scaling approach (vertical/horizontal) based on usage patterns. Environment Readiness Ensure Tableau environment meets production-grade standards. Support go-live readiness (QC, stability checks, validation). Define backup, restore, and monitoring strategy.
