For us, it's all about: Amazon Performance Manager UK (f/m/d) Employment: Full-time 40 hours, flexible working hours, fixed-term contract for 2 years Direct supervisor: Teamlead Bayer eCom Engine Team: Performance Marketing EU Location: Hamburg (HH), Remote (Germany), Düsseldorf (NRW) Your mission We are looking for an analytically strong and execution-driven Amazon Performance Manager (f/m/d) to take ownership of our retail media activities in the UK market. In this role, you will manage and continuously improve Amazon Advertising campaigns across the full funnel while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You develop, manage, and continuously optimise the Amazon advertising strategy for the UK market You manage campaigns across the full funnel (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) You take ownership of campaign setups, budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives You continuously analyse campaign performance (e.g. ROAS, ACoS, paid sales, SOV, organic rankings) and derive actionable insights You combine advertising data with digital shelf indicators (e.g. PDP quality) to identify holistic growth opportunities You identify where content improvements can increase efficiency and reduce ad spend You collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce, and brand teams as well as external stakeholders (incl.
