IT Customer Service Representative

Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate troubleshooting skills. Intermediate problem-solving abilities. Beginner knowledge of network fundamentals. Intermediate communication skills. Beginner familiarity with system monitoring tools.
