- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office area, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide general support to internal teams as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers in a helpful and courteous manner. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, even if informal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
