Strategic Sourcing Manager
Job Summary The Strategic Sourcing Manager: Manages the implementation, on-going support and prioritization of initiatives in Supply Chain Management. Develops and drives the overall business systems strategy and roadmap, while managing multiple projects simultaneously ranging in size, complexity and duration. Oversees the creation and delivery of data-driven insights across Tower Health verticals to support strategic and operational business goals. Directs Supply Chain projects related to improved workflow and cost saving initiatives. Provides personal experience and subject matter expertise to support the creation and delivery of complex healthcare analytics projects for a diversity of uses. Lead analytical teams in developing their expertise to promote professional and technical growth. Mentors and trains the analytic team on techniques, data features, analytics software applications, clinical scenarios, business dynamics and requirements. Oversees the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, requirements, methodologies, coding, testing plans, and results validations.
