Family Support Customer Service Representative
This is a remote position. Childs Play Wonderschool is looking for a Family Support Customer Service Representative to provide remote support to families and assist with customer service inquiries. This role focuses on helping parents and guardians with account assistance, scheduling support, enrollment questions, and general customer service needs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide professional support in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist families with account and enrollment support Provide scheduling and general administrative assistance Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Update customer information in company systems Support internal administrative workflows Deliver a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using online systems and communication tools Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional and customer-focused attitude
