Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, adhering to our Client First philosophy
- Building rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and designing personalized solutions to meet their requirements
- Developing key selling skills, including building compatibility, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Addressing general and record-specific client requests, providing clear and concise information, and updating client account data as needed
- Utilizing tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs, in line with our commitment to stay connected
- Meeting and exceeding performance objectives, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction ratings, sales rates, quality targets, compliance guidelines, and efficiency metrics
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)
- At least two years of experience in a customer support and consultative sales environment, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client information and comply with all administrative and regulatory rules related to account management and sales practices
- Enthusiasm for consultative sales, recommending products or services tailored to each client's needs
