Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hyderabad, working from home or in our office. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively will make all the difference in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity and department standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum qualification of 10+2

  • Any graduate or PG degree is eligible to apply
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts and over time
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work to ensure productivity and department standards
  • Good comprehension skills, with the ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
  • Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, with familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing software
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering results
