Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Inputting data into various software systems accurately
- Updating existing data entries and correcting any discrepancies
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Verifying data accuracy and completeness
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity
- Generating reports and summaries based on the entered data
- Participating in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in data entry or similar roles
- Additional certifications in data entry or related fields
