Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends to help us continually improve our products and services
