Job Description
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that arenaflex is known for. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, refunds, and product information. You will utilize various tools and resources to find solutions quickly and effectively, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Key Responsibilities
