Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to presale inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing expert advice on fit, fashion trends, and product availability
• Guiding customers through the ordering process online, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience
• Resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, providing timely and effective solutions
• Utilizing a range of software tools to address customer inquiries, including MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
• Collaborating with external shipping contractors to resolve international customer concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in retail, service, or customer service industries
• Proficiency in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and perform other mathematical calculations
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Experience working with MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer

Preferred Qualifications
