The Enterprise Sales Team at arenaflex

Our Account Executives play a critical role in our Field Sales organization, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive long-term value.

The Role

As an Account Executive - Customer Base LE - Healthcare at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, with a focus on upselling and driving incremental add-on business. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support, to ensure strategic alignment and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, with a focus on upselling and driving incremental add-on business

  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of arenaflex solutions within Large Enterprise customers
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with arenaflex's internal teams (pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support)

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving growth. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • ~8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/ or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
  • Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
  • Experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business
  • Experience developing long-term account strategies with existing customers

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months, with large deal sizes

  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs
  • Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $146,300 USD - $178,900 USD, as well as opportunities for bonus and commission. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
