Head of Customer Evidence – Strategic Storyteller and Team Leader

The Role
As the Head of Customer Evidence, you'll lead a team of executive producers and agencies in producing over 200 customer stories per year, collaborating with some of the world's best-known brands. You'll be responsible for managing the production pipeline, overseeing the creation and production of customer stories, and representing the evidence team in C-level forums. Your day-to-day activities will be a combination of managing the production pipeline, personally overseeing the production of priority customer stories, and managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
Responsibilities
To succeed in this exciting, demanding, and highly visible role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- People Management: Proven track record of helping grow talent and providing kind and direct constructive feedback.
- Creative Storytelling: Portfolio of customer stories preferably in the B2B technology space and a deep understanding of the buyers' journey.
- Influencing Others: Passion for influencing others to trust you and your team.
- Executive Presence: Ability to connect customer evidence to business impact.
- Agency Management: Experience managing agencies and partnering with them to deliver high-impact work, on budget, and on time.
- Effective Communication: Ability to present data and reporting.
- Budget Management: Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and at-scale production engines.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in business, or equivalent experience.
- People Management: 4+ years of direct people management experience, or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams).
- Additional Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in business, or equivalent experience; 6+ years of people management experience; 10+ years of experience overseeing the creation and production of customer stories.
