Job Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst/Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in gathering, assembling, and analyzing data from various sources, including databases, logs, and external datasets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and assembling information from multiple sources, including databases, logs, and external datasets
• Preparing and presenting data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Transforming data into usable formats for analysis and visualization
• Performing data analysis using statistical techniques, data visualization, and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams and external partners
• Ensuring data quality and integrity through daily data validation and quality checks
• Building and maintaining data models to support business needs and reporting requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to address data-related challenges and provide insights
• Utilizing data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees (e.g., master's or Ph.D.) may be advantageous.
• Proficiency in data analysis using statistical techniques and data manipulation tools.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data analysis tools and platforms.
• Ability to create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex data-related challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and translate data into actionable insights.
