Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Center Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Contributing to and leading efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
- Participating in or leading complex troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical problems
- Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
- Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers
- Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's superior Data Center Server and Network Infrastructure
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong understanding of troubleshooting hardware and community problems, including the use of Linux tools
- Experience with mild coding or scripting, preferably in a Linux environment
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and community hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience in challenge control and leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and projects
- Knowledge of networking protocols and experience with network infrastructure development
- Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to overcome complex technical challenges

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary of $77,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
