The Impact Measurement Group

The Impact Measurement group at arenaflex is responsible for driving business growth and success through data-driven decision making. As a remote data entry professional, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to helping businesses and organizations make informed decisions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and lead informal research, present actionable insights and recommendations to executives and business leaders, and serve as a peer-reviewer and representative for causal research designed by other teams.

Responsibilities

As a remote data entry professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Design and lead informal research with the clear goal of answering business questions
• Present and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to executives, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
• Serve as a peer-reviewer and representative for causal research designed by other teams
• Stay up-to-date with advances in the causal inference literature and develop new techniques as appropriate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success through data-driven decision making

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Data, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience with articulating business and product questions, and pulling data from datasets using SQL and statistical tools (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
• Internship or experience with data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with Bayesian hierarchical models, Bayesian Additive Regression Trees (BART), Bayesian Causal Forest (BCF), Gaussian Processes, and Synthetic Control techniques
• Experience designing and studying randomized controlled trials
• Experience designing and studying causal research with the use of observational data
• Experience with statistical data analysis, including linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models, and sampling techniques

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data management and warehousing tools and techniques
• Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools and techniques
