Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, leveraging your knowledge of our offerings and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.
  • Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable, and make business transactions with precision.
  • Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols.

Essential Qualifications

* Previous sales or customer experience preferred, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the utilization, handling, and examination of strategic (specialized) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting checking, recognition, and reaction abilities.

  • Comprehension of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the capacity to prompt and guide new CTI colleagues.
  • Capacity to correspond crude insight from sensors, occurrence reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings.
  • Capacity to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds.
  • Capacity to take mind-boggling, uncertain points, construct procedures, and impact partners.
  • A fantastic cooperative person with the capacity to work in speedy and constantly evolving conditions.
