Our Hardware Operations team is responsible for tracking the latest physical infrastructure behind our powerful search technology, and as an Operations Technician, you'll play a critical role in installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and server software.
Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Contributing and leading efforts/tasks in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
- Participating in or leading troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical issues
- Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
- Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers
- Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's advanced data center server and network infrastructure
Key Qualifications
* Experience troubleshooting hardware or community associated troubles using Linux-based tools
- Experience in hardware, networking equipment, working systems, and data center operations
- Experience operating within a data center or network operation center environment
- Experience with mild coding or scripting
- Experience with networking protocols
- Ability to collaborate and partner with people and teams to conquer troubles
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and services
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Certification in Linux, networking, or data center operations
