About the Role

arenaflex is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Address Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle features, warranties, maintenance, and service options.
  • Assist with Service Appointments and Repairs: Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, coordinating vehicle repairs, and resolving service-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Troubleshoot technical problems and provide guidance on utilizing vehicle infotainment systems, navigation features, and connectivity services.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on GM Products and Technologies: Educate customers on the latest GM products, technologies, and promotions to enhance their ownership experience.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including service centers, technical support, and sales, to address customer needs effectively.
  • Meet and Exceed Customer Satisfaction Goals: Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Computer Systems: Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
