Role Overview As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Your role will be vital in enhancing the customer experience and fostering strong relationships. You will work closely with our team to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Main Responsibilities * Deliver top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their concerns. * Troubleshoot customer issues and provide personalized assistance, actively listening to their needs and concerns. * Gather feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. * Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. What We're Looking For * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering personalized assistance. * Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. (a plus), with a strong understanding of CRM systems and eCommerce platforms. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions. * Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation. Technical Requirements * A personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds, ensuring a stable and secure connection. * A backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively.
