Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
  • Maintain a professional phone presence, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities and resources as needed, driving business success and achieving shared goals.
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training seminars, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Support cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Continuously challenge yourself to improve and contribute to team success, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and consistently demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong phone skills and ability to handle a high volume of inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively to team success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
  • Supplementation and fitness industry knowledge/experience.
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience with data entry and management.
