As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:- Handle and respond to 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional phone presence, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities and resources as needed, driving business success and achieving shared goals.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training seminars, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Support cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Continuously challenge yourself to improve and contribute to team success, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and consistently demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:- Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong phone skills and ability to handle a high volume of inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively to team success.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management).
