Job Responsibilities

As a Data Administrator – Core Data Management and Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy and integrity in our core data management systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Executing requests to update and maintain customer account records and B2B client account records in our core data management systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving data-related problems in a timely and efficient manner to meet service level targets
• Providing exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
• Assisting in project initiatives and managing tasks independently, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide system interfaces
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
• Ability to assist in project initiatives and manage tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working with data management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
• Certification in data management or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
