The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping our customers navigate the health insurance enrollment process, and providing technical support to resolve any issues they may encounter. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated and supportive team environment that's committed to building each other up and driving success.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams
Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and secure workspace
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a plus for previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a focus on health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a plus for experience in a similar role
- Spanish bilingual, with a strong proficiency in both speaking and writing

* Competitive salary, with a base pay of $15.50 per hour and an enhanced rate of $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
