As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our clients' data. Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary
- Professionally managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication
- Validating information supplied by third-party sources using online databases
- Executing and completing Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training
- Conducting data entry tasks, verifying vendor resources, checking board certifications, and following up with various state boards for status updates
- Achieving timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks
- Being prepared to undertake additional duties as required
Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:
- A readiness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a talent for navigating changes in processes and information
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in computer usage is preferred
Qualifications
While not required, previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous. You will also need to be available to commit to 40 hours per week, with the capability to start immediately. Additionally, you will need to be able to maintain a reliable work-from-home environment, including a stable internet connection.
