Job Summary
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address the concerns and issues of their customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our products and services
- Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
Responsibilities

- Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
