Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative I to join our growing Customer Service Representative team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring that all requests and data entry are accurate and completed on time, and maintaining performance levels to specified goals.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring that all requests and data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Maintaining performance levels to specified goals, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and using this knowledge to provide informed and effective solutions to customers.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience (preferably in the animal health industry)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other customer service tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Skills and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skills in operating computers, including CRM software and other customer service tools.
